Controls:

Shift: Sprint  Ctrl: Crouch/Slide Space: Jump

You can jump crouch to do a slam into a slide. 

F: Unpause/Pause Time

Scroll Wheel: Adjust Time until Next Pause

1-2: Select ability

Right Click: Use Ability

Left Click: Cancel Ability
